O Mary, Mother of God and my Mother, I come to you as I am. I have sinned, and I need your help. Please look upon me with mercy and ask God to forgive me.
You are Queen of Heaven, and you are my queen, too. I place myself in your motherly care. Guide me when I go astray, and help me follow Jesus.
Dear Mary, I want to belong to you more than I want any earthly treasure. Accept me as your child. From this day on, help me love and honor you more faithfully.
Stay beside me, dear Mother, and lead me safely to heaven. Amen.
