The Blessed Virgin Mary has become the loving Mother and helper of us all. Through her motherly prayers, she leads us gently to Jesus and asks Him to fill our souls with grace.
Because Mary shared so lovingly in bringing Jesus into the world, God wishes her to share in leading His children to Heaven.
Dear Blessed Mother, watch over us during our life on earth and help us along the way, so that one day we may live with God and you in heavenly glory forever. Amen.
About This Meditation
This meditation comes from an old German Catholic prayer book and draws upon the writings of Saint Bernardine of Siena and Saint Alphonsus Maria de Liguori. It reflects upon Mary’s loving “yes” to God and her motherly care for all His children, asking her to guide us through this life and lead us safely to Heaven.
